Set within East Suffolk’s Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this family home is conceived as two solid stone volumes linked by a light-filled pavilion. Public and private spaces are clearly defined, while full-height glazing dissolves the boundary between house, terrace and natural swimming pond.
Crafted from limestone and oak, and entirely free of concrete and steel, the home is designed to sit lightly within its landscape — low in embodied carbon, naturally ventilated, and deeply connected to its heathland and woodland setting.
